VIII. Appointment Booking (Calendly)

When you book an appointment via Calendly, the following data is processed: name, email address, phone number (if provided), selected time slot, and other details from the booking form.

Service provider: Calendly LLC, USA.
Purpose: organising and conducting initial calls, consultations, and appointments.

Data may be transferred to third countries (e.g., the USA) under EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent guarantees per Art. 46 GDPR.
