These Terms govern the agreement between you (“Client”) and Angel Success Consulting FZCO (“ASC”), operating under the brand Relocate.

§ 1 Subject Matter

ASC provides professional corporate, immigration, and relocation services for entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals seeking to establish a presence in the United Arab Emirates. Services include:

• Company formation (mainland and free zone)
• Visa and residency support, including Golden Visa pathways
• Professional and commercial licensing
• Government relations (PRO services)
• Ongoing corporate and operational support

ASC operates under UAE commercial regulations. No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.

All disputes, disagreements, controversies, or claims arising from or in connection with this agreement — including (but not limited to) questions regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or applicable remedies — shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC Courts”). This clause survives termination or expiry of this agreement.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon mutual confirmation of a signed agreement, or upon completion of a purchase via the Relocate website (https://relocate-dubai.me) or partner platforms (e.g., Digistore, Copecart, Ziina). Acceptance of these Terms is confirmed either by checking the consent box during checkout or by signing a separate agreement. ASC will confirm the conclusion of the contract by email.

§ 3 Scope of Services

The scope of services depends on the engagement and is described in the corresponding offer, proposal, or product page. The respective product description is binding and forms the basis of the contract. Changes to the scope are documented and communicated in writing.

§ 4 Obligations of ASC

ASC will deliver the agreed services with reasonable professional care, maintain communication with the relevant authorities and partners, and provide the Client with regular updates on the progress of their case.

§ 5 Client Access and Cooperation

Where access to digital portals or systems is provided, the Client’s access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension of access without refund.

§ 6 Payment Terms

ASC may offer one-time, monthly, or annual payment plans depending on the engagement. Full payment is due before access to services is granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at 10% per annum and a reminder fee of 200 AED. Third-party debt-collection costs are payable by the Client.

§ 7 Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purposes of contract performance and service delivery and is not shared with third parties without consent. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

§ 8 Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation

Both parties shall treat all non-public information exchanged in the course of the engagement as confidential. The Client is prohibited from approaching other clients of ASC for commercial purposes during and for twelve months after the engagement. Breach of this clause may result in a contractual penalty of EUR 5,000.

§ 9 Use of Recordings and Communications

The Client agrees that ASC may use anonymised audio, video, or written excerpts of meetings and consultations for internal training and external communication (e.g., social media). No claim for compensation arises from such use.

§ 10 Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, frameworks, and proprietary content provided by ASC remain the property of ASC. They may be used solely for the Client’s personal or internal business use. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial reuse is prohibited and may result in a contractual penalty of EUR 5,000.

§ 11 Free-of-Charge Company Formation Service

11.1 Scope

For existing clients, ASC offers a complimentary add-on service supporting company formation in the IFZA free zone and other selected free zones. ASC charges no service fees for this add-on; only the official authority fees of the respective free zone apply.

11.2 Linked to Active Engagement

This complimentary service is available exclusively during an active engagement with ASC of at least one year. If the Client terminates the engagement before the agreed minimum term, ASC reserves the right to retroactively invoice the standard service fees.

11.3 Standard Service Fees

The retroactive service fees are:

• Company formation: 1,800 AED
• License renewal: 1,500 AED
• Other individual services (e.g., labour-card application, visa renewal): from 800 AED

11.4 Payment Terms

Retroactive service fees become due immediately upon termination of the engagement, without further notice.

11.5 Severability

The remaining provisions of these Terms continue to apply unchanged.

§ 12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Dubai, with exclusive competence of the DIFC Courts as set out in § 1.

§ 13 No Right of Withdrawal

These Terms do not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal, since ASC’s services are offered exclusively to entrepreneurs, businesses, and self-employed professionals in a commercial capacity within the UAE. Persons classified as consumers, or those engaging the services for personal, household, or non-commercial purposes, are not eligible to enter into this agreement.

§ 14 Final Provisions

• No collateral agreements exist beyond these Terms. Amendments must be made in writing.
• Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The parties undertake to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with one that comes closest to the intended purpose.
